    You can take a screenshot of your entire screen by using the shortcut Command + Shift + 3. In this movie, you will learn how to take a screenshot of a selection as well as how to take a screenshot of just a window.

    The Dock contains shortcuts to your applications. In this movie, you will learn how to add and remove shortcuts to customize the Dock, as well as how to change your Dock preferences.

  • The Finder (2m30s, 10.1 MB)
    The Finder allows you to view and manage the files and folders on your computer. This movie shows you what the different buttons in a Finder window do.

  • Spotlight (2m25s, 9.6 MB)
    Spotlight is the system wide search feature built into Mac OS X. This movie shows you how to use Spotlight to find files and folders on your computer, as well as how to modify Spotlight preferences and how to save searches.

  • Exposé (29s, 2 MB)
    Exposé allows to view all of the windows you have open at the same time by pressing a keyboard shortcut (F9). Expose can be used to quickly switch windows.

    The Application Switcher gives you a quick way to view all the running programs on your computer. You can then use a keyboard shortcut or your mouse to switch to a different program. This movie also shows you how to use the Application Switcher to close an application.
