An air-brake system that was in use in the early twentieth century on trolleys. This model was recommended by the Christensen Company, a popular manufacturing company of the time. The diameter of the brake pistons were 6 inches. A and B are brake levers; C, X, and Y are tension rods that lessen the strain on the brakes.
