Handmade Aryballoi and a Small Sandstone Plaque

An aryballos is a small rounded flask with a narrow neck used in ancient Greece to hold perfume or oil. It is often seen in paintings of athletes bathing. It is sometimes attached by a strap to the athlete's wrist or hung from a peg on the wall.
