The Top Spin ride has two rows of seats on a platform suspended between two counterweighted arms. The arms rotate and can cause the platform to spin or be held in position. The riders at the beginning of the video are being subjected to the spray of a fountain before resuming the ride movement. The audio track includes the voices of park visitors, the voice of the ride operator, the screams of the riders, and background music.
