Abstract: Three years later Nelly and Cathy visit Wuthering Heights, Heathcliff wishes Linton and Cathy to fall in love and marry. After Edgar finds out about their visit he forbids Cathy have any contact with Linton, which drives her to begin writing secret letters to him.
