cat in a bucket being brought out of a well
 Ding, dong, bell; Kitty’s in the well.
 Who put her in?  Little Tommy Green.
 Who pulled her out?  Little Tommy Trout.
 What a naughty boy was that,
 To drown poor Pussy Cat.
