Maps ETC Grant Funding Information
Maps ETC is an ongoing project of the Florida Center for Instructional Technology.
Early funding for Maps ETC was provided by the school districts of Gadsden, Pinellas, and Union counties as well as the Florida Department of Education.
Additional content was added to Maps ETC in 2008-09 as a part of the ongoing Florida Digital Educator program. The purpose of the additional content was to provide copyright-free assets so that participating teachers can create their own learning objects, which will then be posted for public use. This work was supported by EETT funding in collaboration with the school districts of Collier, Columbia, Escambia, Gulf, Jackson, Lake, Madison, Marion, Okeechobee, Pinellas, Putnam, Suwannee, Taylor, and Walton Counties and the P. K. Yonge and FAMU lab schools. The end date of this project was September 30, 2009.
