Water Conservation

Make iMovies that allow students to share their knowledge of the importance of water conservation.

  • Students will understand that the activities of humans affect the environment.
  • Students will understand how scarcity affects the choices people make about water in everyday situations.

  • Give students a glimpse into what the future holds if we do not conserve water by showing your students the movie, "What Happened to All the Water?"
  • Create skits about water, uses of water, the water cycle, ways to conserve water, etc.
  • Create an iMovie by recording the skits with a digital camcorder and editing them with iMovie.
