The Partnership for 21st Century Skills advocates a model of learning
that builds upon the current emphasis on core subjects and assessment
to create a modern context that will enable students to be successful
in the new millennium. It has published MILE (Milestones for Improving
Learning and Education) Guide for 21st Century Skills to help communities
develop a framework for moving forward.
