The Virtual Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Program is a collaborative effort among the universities in Florida to provide graduate courses in special education through an online delivery system. Faculty from across the state of Florida offer graduate courses through the internet. Since the program only connects the courses and does not grant degrees, students wishing to pursue a Master's Degree must follow the traditional program requirements at the University of South Florida. This means that while students may be able to take some courses online there will be other courses that would not be available online.
