The Council of Chief State School Officers is a nationwide, nonprofit organization composed of public officials who lead the departments responsible for elementary and secondary education in the states, the US extra-state jurisdiction, the District of Columbia, and the Department of Defense Education Activity.
Department of Cultural Affairs
The Division of Cultural Affairs is one of seven divisions within the Department of State. The Division awards, administers, monitors, and evaluates cultural grant programs of the Department of State, as well as plans and implements programs designed to gain national and international recognition on behalf of Florida artists and arts organizations. The Division also disseminates arts-related information and fosters the development of a receptive climate for the arts in Florida.

The juvenile justice system must provide strong prevention and early intervention services for at-risk youth and minor offenders. A balanced approach also must supply opportunities for rehabilitation for the more serious juvenile offender.
