Moses Breaks the Stone Tablets on Which the Ten Commandments are Written

"And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, the two tables of the testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God." Exodus 31:18 ASV <p>Illustration of God handing Moses the New Law on tablets of stone. Moses kneels on Mount Sinai and reaches up to God, who appears in a cloud.
