Student Tool for Technology Literacy

One of NCLB legislation's primary goals is to improve each student's academic performance through the use of technology. Eliminating the digital divide and ensuring that all students reach technology literacy by the end of 8th grade are also key goals of the legislation. Although the legislation does not mandate an evaluation tool, the Florida Department of Education has elected to show leadership and support development of a tool that can help with evaluating student technology literacy.
