Laptop Initiative for Teaching 21st Century Skills (LIFT 21) Part II

Synopsis:

The project will focus on increasing opportunities for all teachers and students, particularly the challenging populations comprised of the NCLB cohorts in reading and math, to develop “technology literacy” and utilize online research-validated measurement tools.
