Creating a Movie
Students will learn how to use multimedia tools to create and share a movie.
Objectives
- Students will develop skills using technology software and technology equipment.
- Students will demonstrate skills to develop a movie using Windows Movie Maker.
- Students will use auditory, visual, and tactile skills in the movie making process.
- Students will create and present final movie product to class.
Procedure
- Students will learn Movie Maker Software features.
- Students participate in hands on demonstration of integrating transitions, credit, titles, sounds, video effects and importing images into Movie Maker.
- Divide students into groups to take images in various settings around the school with peers, teachers, and staff for importing into their movie.
- The students use selected websites to download sounds into movie folder.
- Students create movie using skills during performance demonstration.
- Students will edit and view movie during the pre-production stage.
- Students will save movie and prepare for preview of their movie.
