Travel Project

Students will plan a trip to Spain for a group of tourists.

Objectives

  • Students will research, plan, and present a 7-10 day trip for a group of tourists.
  • Students are responsible for transportation, lodging, and sight-seeing.

Procedure

  • Students work in groups, selecting a destination for their 7-10 day trip.
  • They use on-line resources to "book" flights, hotels, and excursions.
  • They publish a travel agency ad, destination profile, and trip ad while developing an oral (or video) presentation to explain the trip and its costs.
