File Name: pinwheel_7763
Description: "Make a toy windmill as follows: take a square piece of strong, stiff, writing paper and from each corner cut inward nearly to the cener, making eight points. Bend four alternate points over the center and pass a pin through them and the center into the end of a wooden handle. A mere breath will make this turn round the pin as an axis."
