Description: The featured are maps and plans of notable battles, districts and towns connected with the history of Asia: The Battle of Sobraon was fought on February 10, 1846 between the forces of the British East India Company and the Khalsa, the army of the Sikh kingdom of the Punjab. The Sikhs were completely defeated, making this the deciding battle of the First Anglo-Sikh War.
