The Heart resembles the figure of the same name, and is placed so that the Leader passes into the notch a few feet. The Fore Bay (often omitted) is a second heart-shaped enclosure built on from the point of the heart. The Pound is a large circular net covering the bottom and sides of the enclosure into which there is only one entrance from the Fore Bay or Heart.
