The Seaside Inn is a large, orange, three story building, with a tower and a flanking structure that rise to four stories. The second floor has a white, wooded railed observation deck that runs along two of the building's exterior walls. The third floor is dotted with several smaller white, wooden railed balconies. A "Seaside Inn" sign can be seen on the exterior wall, between the second and third floors. Two separate staircases lead up the ground level, with the more ornate being flanked by a pair of white columns.
