Pictured is a roofless courtyard which sits among crumbling stone walls. A heavy wooden door is fixed to a larger antique structure behind the courtyard. Beyond the courtyard is the rectory. Built in 1968 using stone recycled from earlier mission walls, this is still an active parsonage. It is not open to the public.Galleries:1565 to 1821: Spanish Colonization in Florida and American Southwest, Mission San Juan CapistranoKeywords:Mission San Juan Capistrano,, National Historical Park, San Antonio Missions, San Juan, TexasPhoto Location: Mission San Juan, San Antonio, TexasPhotographer: Dr. Roy WinkelmanDate of Photo: 02/22/2014Device Make: CanonDevice Model: Canon EOS 5D Mark IIExposure Time: 0.01F Number: 18Original Dimensions: 5616×3744Picture Orientation: LandscapeGPS Coordinates: 33°30′10″N 117°39′46″WPicture Number: 26333
