This is the Miami-Dade County Courthouse. The upper floors have an octagonal plan. There are corner balustrades where the building transitions from a square plan, to an octagonal plan. There is a heavy cornice near the top of the building, with large dentils visible on the bedmoulding. There is a frieze course, under the cornice, with alternating triglyphs and circular metopes. Above the cornice, separated by a full story, there are pediments.
