Pigeon Plum (Coccoloba diversifolia) Leaves — The dark green glossy, quilted leaves can vary greatly in size. A good field mark is the way the leaf stems wraps around the main stem. Only the female trees produce the edible purple fruits and often female trees bear scars from raccoons climbing to reach the fruits.
