Reading Results of a Dissolved Oxygen Test

A simple test using a water sample and dissolved oxygen testing tablets can give a rough measure of dissolved oxygen in a test sample. The sample in this photo is just over 4 ppm (parts per million). If the temperature of the sample is also known, a chart can be used to calculate the percentage of saturation for dissolved oxygen.
