
Southern Magnolia Leaves
This photo shows the leaves of a southern magnolia (Magnolia grandiflora)and was taken at the USF Botanical Gardens. Southern magnolias produce large white flowers in the spring which bare fruiting cones that contain numerous seeds attractive to a variety of wildlife.
