This fountain was designed by Frederic Bartlett. It caps off the allee and marks the beginning of the Maritime Hammock. Made from stone pieces purchased in Palm Beach, the fountain is reminiscent of classical European gardens. However, the fountain was never intended to supply water.Galleries:Bonnet House, Broward, Fort Lauderdale, FountainKeywords:art, bonnet house, fountain, ft lauderdale, south floridaPhoto Location: Fort Lauderdale, FLPhotographer: Dr. Roy WinkelmanDate of Photo: 05/25/2008Device Make: CanonDevice Model: Canon PowerShot A560Exposure Time: 1/250F Number: 71/10Original Dimensions: 2304×3072Picture Orientation: PortraitGPS Coordinates: 26°8'6.03"N 80°6'17.20"WPicture Number: 107
