Tall, Thin Trees Taken Along the Fort Caroline Nature Trail

This photograph of tall, thin trees was taken along the Fort Caroline Nature Trail. Fort Caroline was attacked during the fall of 1565 by a Spanish armada led by Don Pedro Menéndez de Avilés. The armada killed most of the French settlers they found.
