The Borroum-Simmons House at 901 North Fillmore Street

This two-story brick veneered building, at 901 North Fillmore Street, was built around 1915-1920, and was modified in the early 1930s. The house was built by Dr. Andrew J. Borroum, as a wood frame structure. The front door is recessed into a vestibule, with a brick arch that supports a second floor balcony. The balcony has a heavy, white balustrade.
