This seven story building is the Citizens Bank Building. The ground floor features arched transoms above the windows and doors. There is a heavy cornice, with exposed brackets. There appears to be an inscription on the frieze course of the entablature, but it is not legible. This building is on the corner of Clematis and Narcissus. There are cars parked, parallel to the curb, on Narcissus Street.
