This four story building is the Everett Hotel. There is a verandah stretching across the ground floor, at the front of the building. The building has exposed brackets, under the eaves. There is a square clock tower, on the roof. The clock tower has a mansard roof, with dormers, suggesting Second Empire influences during the construction. The roads around the building are unpaved.
