This commercial building is the location of Borroum's Drug Store. This building shares a common wall with its neighbor. This an example of applying the Italianate style to commercial buildings; and, the structure dates to the early 1870s. The building uses rectangular windows on the ground floor, and arched-top windows on the second floor. There are decorative string courses on the front facade, just below the parapet.
