This English Cottage Revival house is one of the Hinton Homes. This appears to be the house located at 1013 Jackson Street, although the two home look nearly identical. Both houses were built by Thomas F. Hinton; the first built in 1927, and the second in 1929. The exterior of the house is covered with brick and stone veneers. The front gables are steeply pitched, and the porch is supported by Tudor arches spanning brick piers. The stone for the veneer was imported from Arkansas.Galleries:Corinth, English Cottage Revival, Views of Houses, ExteriorKeywords:brick piers, brick veneer, corinth, english cottage revival, hinton homes, mississippi, steeply pitched gable, stone veneer, tudor archPhoto Location: Corinth, MississippiPhotographer: Dr. Roy WinkelmanDate of Photo: 10/31/2011Device Make: CanonDevice Model: Canon EOS 5D Mark IIExposure Time: 0.01F Number: 13Original Dimensions: 5616×3744Picture Orientation: LandscapeGPS Coordinates: 34°56'03.32"N 88°31'20.17"WPicture Number: 20621
