This brick house is the Stewart Home, at 1005 Fillmore Street. The house was built by James Erskine Stewart, around 1859. The house is a simple gabled-ell, although the partial-width front porch shows some Greek Revival influence. The gabled-ell appears to have a brick veneer, although it has been painted white.Galleries:Corinth, Views of Houses, ExteriorKeywords:brick veneer, corinth, gabled-ell, house, james erskine stewart, mississippi, partial-width front porch, stewart homePhoto Location: Corinth, MississippiPhotographer: Dr. Roy WinkelmanDate of Photo: 10/31/2011Device Make: CanonDevice Model: Canon EOS 5D Mark IIExposure Time: 0.008F Number: 22Original Dimensions: 5493×3663Picture Orientation: LandscapeGPS Coordinates: 34°56'03.32"N 88°31'20.17"WPicture Number: 20686
