The Waterfront, from the City Dock — This image shows buildings near the waterfront. There are a couple of boxy five story buildings, and a couple of building with Mediterranean-influenced styling. Three of the buildings have one or more American flags flying, from the roof. The water takes up most of the lower half of the image.
