This is the interior of the watchtower, at Fort Matanzas. This room was used, by the soldiers, for sleeping, eating, and socializing. The table is being used to display materials that might have been used by soldiers that were stationed at Fort Matanzas. There is a fireplace, in the east wall and tools displayed on a rack used for firing a cannon.
