This gallery contains photos of cabbages (Brassica oleracea). Cabbages are leafy vegetables that are high in Vitamin K and Vitamin C. There are several cabbage varieties, including green cabbage, savory cabbage, red cabbage, and winter cabbage. A number of cultivators exist for Brassica oleracea such as broccoli, cauliflower, kale, collard greens, and brussels sprouts, but these cultivators will not be included in this photo gallery.
