Store Design
Students will design their own stores through the use of multiple programs.
Objectives
Students will be able to:
- Develop a new store idea.
- Design the layout of a new store.
- Design and create a flyer for the new store opening.
- Create a storyboard featuring the new store.
Procedure
- Students will compose a store fact sheet using Word.
- Students will design the layout of new store using Smart Draw.
- Students will design and create a flyer on the new store opening using Publisher.
- Students will create a storyboard of the new store that will include the fact sheet, floor plan, store decor, and the flyer. The storyboard is submitted on a foam board, but can be illustrated further through a PowerPoint presentation (optional).
