Prevertebral Muscles of the Neck

The prevertebral muscles of the neck are comprised of three series of muscles: 1 vertebro costal (scaleni, anticus, medius, and posticus); 2 vertebro cranial (recti capitis antici, major and minor, and lateralis);3 vertebral (longus colli).
