Large Sliding Microtome for Slicing Microscope Samples

A large sliding microtome is used to thinly slicing materials. Materials are sliced by placing the sample onto he object holder B. The lever is pulled to slide the material through the blade. The samples obtained by the microtome is viewed under the microscope.
