This is a music room. There are two Nunns & Clark square pianos in this room. There is a folk harp, near the wall, to the right. In the center of the room, there is a music stand and a chair. The painting hanging over the piano is a Bass Otis copy of a painting that was originally done by Benjamin West, called "Christ Healing the Sick in the Temple." West painted two versions of the painting, one in 1811 and the other in 1817. This is likely to be a copy of the 1817 version, with the original having been a gift to the Pennsylvania Hospital. The 1811 version was sold to the National Gallery. Economy was the third settlement started by the Harmonist Society, and is now listed on the National Register of Historic Properties. The site is located in Ambridge, Pennsylvania.
