This desk pulls out, and folds down, to reveal drawers and cubby holes. There is storage space below the desk, and bookshelves above the desk. The bookshelves are protected by doors, with glass panes. There is a wood frame chair, with a fiber seat, near the desk. Economy was the third settlement started by the Harmonist Society, and is now listed on the National Register of Historic Properties. The site is located in Ambridge, Pennsylvania.
