These tall, senior citizen dolls are from the collection of Daddy’s Long Legs by Karen Germany. Their heads, torsos, feet, and hands are ceramic. Their faces are hand painted and their hair is made with white wool. Grace is wearing a cotton dress, white pantaloons, short jacket, and wool shawl. Sam is wearing a corduroy jacket with a small gold star. Their right legs are signed by the creator. Tags: "My name is Sam; My name is Grace. KVK, Inc. Southlake, Texas, 76092. This doll is one of many in the collection of Daddy’s Long Legs. Each character is originally hand sculpted in clay, then reproduced in wood resin and individually hand painted by a staff of talented artists.
