This is the bellows that supplies air to the blacksmith's forge. There is a frame of wood hoops, which are covered with a supple material. When bellows is compressed, it forces air through a black metal pipe that is attached to the bottom. Economy was the third settlement started by the Harmonist Society, and is now listed on the National Register of Historic Properties. The site is located in Ambridge, Pennsylvania.
