This water feature, entitled “The Stream of American History,” is part of the Corinth Civil War Interpretive Center. The water feature uses symbolism to represent the history of the United States, in relationship to the Civil War. The large blocks of stone, in the center of the water feature, all represent major battles and campaigns of the Civil War. Names that are all in capital letters are campaigns, and the rest are battles. The size of blocks reflect the number of casualties in a given campaign or battle.
