This is the iron handle for the water pump. The handle was meant to be pulled away from the pump structure, but an iron band has been added, to secure the handle to the pump. Economy was the third settlement started by the Harmonist Society, and is now listed on the National Register of Historic Properties. The site is located in Ambridge, Pennsylvania.
