The Rear of George Rapp's House (central section)

This image shows the rear elevation of the central section of George Rapp's house. There is a door in the center of the ground floor. The ground floor windows have shutters, with two vertical planks used for the shutters to the left of the door and louvered shutters to the right of the door. There are four brick chimneys on the roof, two on the centerline and two on the near slope. There are two shed style dormers on the roof. Economy was the third settlement started by the Harmonist Society, and is now listed on the National Register of Historic Properties. The site is located in Ambridge, Pennsylvania.
