Governor Crist announces the Governor’s Fitness Challenge for Elementary Schools. This program is an incentive to help schools and families boost physical fitness for Florida’s students. The challenge was developed based on recommendations made by the Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and will incorporate five skill areas in which students can work to improve and chart their progress.
