Helen Nicolay
Hele Nicolay (1866-1954) was born in Paris in 1866. She was not only a noted author, but a highly respected artist of her day. She was the daughter of historian John G. Nicolay (who also wrote books about Abraham Lincoln). She lived in the District of Columbia until her death in 1954.
