Greece Ceramic Male Doll by Evelt Themis in Grecian Traditional Costume (Full View)

Greek man made from ceramic, who is standing on a wood base. He is dressed in Grecian national costume of a gold trimmed, blue felt vest and a puffy pleated white shirt and skirt. He has large gold button on his shirt and a red cummerbund. He is wearing red shoes with large black pom poms. He also has knitted stockings and black garters. On his head, he has a red hat and long black tassel. His face is hand-painted on the ceramic, including a mustache, eyebrows, and sideburns. Tag: "Evelt Themis. Dolls in Greek Traditional Costumes. Hand Made in Greece 132E Karaguna." The figure stands 13 inches (33 cm) tall.
