From left to right the musicians are playing: a curtal, shawm, cornet, shawm, shawm, and a sackbut. The shawms are of different sizes and may be intended to represent tenor, soprano, and alto instruments. The schwam is also known as schalmey, pommer, or hautbois. The curtal is also known as the dulcian or fagott. The sackbutt was known as the trombone in Italian. The cornett was also known by the German names zink, zinke, zinck, or krummer zink (curved spike).
